I've done my full 4km jog at Taman Metropolitan Kepong with Hana yesterday morning and we took 1 hour to complete the full km.
This was including 15minutes pit stop for Hana's milking.
Yeah baby, i finally sweat my shirt back and i love it!
And of course, i push Hana's stroller along the way as she still a toddler.. duhhh...
is this a good sign that my running schedule will be back on track?? (^.^)
